Teaching Philosophy

Teaching is not just about lessons and grades, but about shaping minds, touching lives, making experience as the lesson, and a classroom where learning never stops.

My philosophy revolves around Progressivism and Essentialism. I believe that students learn best when they engage in experiences to learn, yet still need a solid foundation of core knowledge to build upon. Education should not only focus on the mind but also build confidence, awaken curiosity, and shape values to create good citizens.

Teaching Approach

I see myself as a facilitator of growth rather than just a giver of lessons. I strive to create an inclusive classroom where every student feels heard and respected.

I aim to connect lessons to daily lives—learning by doing—such as creating projects that link theory to real actions. My role is to guide, not dictate, and to open doors for my learners, helping them uncover their own potential just as my teachers did for me.

Why Teaching?

Striving to become part of the education sector has been my goal since Junior High School, inspired by great-minded teachers who honed me into who I am today. Despite challenges and discouragement, I persevered in this path, driven by the belief that teaching is fundamental to our society—providing the human touch, connection, and guidance that technology alone cannot replace.

I view teaching not just as a profession, but as an instrument for the future. My goal is to be a facilitator for change—globally competitive and committed to lifelong learning. I am determined to establish an inclusive, accessible, and liberating educational environment, molding the next generation into capable individuals ready for a rapidly changing world.
