Teaching Philosophy

Teaching is not just about lessons and grades, but about shaping minds, touching lives, making experience as the lesson, and a classroom where learning never stops.

His philosophy revolves around Progressivism and Essentialism. He believes that students learn best when they engage in experiences to learn, yet still need a solid foundation of core knowledge to build upon. Education should not only focus on the mind but also build confidence, awaken curiosity, and shape values to create good citizens.

Teaching Approach

He sees himself as a facilitator of growth rather than just a giver of lessons. He strives to create an inclusive classroom where every student feels heard and respected.

He aims to connect lessons to daily lives—learning by doing—such as creating projects that link theory to real actions. His role is to guide, not dictate, and to open doors for learners, helping them uncover their own potential just as teachers did for him.

Why Teaching?

Striving to become part of the education sector has been his goal since Junior High School, inspired by great-minded teachers who honed him into who he is today. Despite challenges and discouragement, he persevered in this path, driven by the belief that teaching is fundamental to our society—providing the human touch, connection, and guidance that technology alone cannot replace.

He views teaching not just as a profession, but as an instrument for the future. His goal is to be a facilitator for change—globally competitive and committed to lifelong learning. He is determined to establish an inclusive, accessible, and liberating educational environment, molding the next generation into capable individuals ready for a rapidly changing world.
